Before we ever meet live, I spend significant time researching, interpreting, and organizing what is uncovered so your session is thoughtful, cohesive, and specific to you.

The goal is not simply to identify what is there, but to help you understand how those deeper patterns may be shaping your present experience and what changes may help you move forward differently.

How the Process Works

Each session unfolds in three parts, with time for preparation, live guidance, and follow-up support.

Before the session

Once your appointment is booked, I gather a few identifying details during intake and begin the research and formulation process. This work is done before we ever meet live, allowing your session to be rooted in what is specific to you and the patterns connected to your path. Because each session includes significant research and preparation, please allow up to two weeks before your live session.

During the session

Our live session is recorded (approximately a 2-hour call) where we walk through your blueprint, the deeper patterns uncovered in your research, how those themes may be showing up in your life now, and the changes that may help shift them. You are encouraged to ask questions throughout, because this is meant to be a thoughtful, interactive process rather than a one-sided reading.

After the session

After the session, I send a follow-up email with your recording and personalized homework so you can revisit what we covered, reflect more deeply, and begin supporting the clearing and integration work in a practical way.

A grounded note

This work is private, respectful, and centered on your agency. I do not make predictions or tell you who to be. My role is to help uncover deeper patterns, offer insight into what may be shaping your experience, and support you in making more conscious choices moving forward.
